Privacy Policy
Jester Rush · Level 29 Entertainment
Effective October 31, 2026 · Domain: jesterrush.app
This policy describes how Jester Rush handles information on jesterrush.app and www.jesterrush.app, and the planned advertising features for its iOS app. Features described as optional or planned may not be available in your version. Where they are unavailable, their associated data collection does not take place through that feature.
1. Information and purposes
- Local solo play: your racer name, game-coin balance, owned/equipped cosmetics, upgrades, appearance, race statistics and preferences are saved in browser storage to run the game and remember progress. Solo play does not require an email address. Local saves are not automatically synchronized across devices or domains.
- Optional public rankings: when the rankings service is available and you opt in, your racer name, course, upgrade levels and race-input replay are sent to validate results. Public entries show your name and aggregate earned coins, wins, races and course best times. Do not use your real name or other personal information as a racer name. A browser cookie identifies your public profile; the public response does not expose its private identity value.
- Optional email sign-in: when enabled, Supabase and the configured email-delivery service process your email address and verification request to send a code and manage your account. The sign-in SDK stores session information on your device. Signing in alone does not synchronize solo progress or enable multiplayer. If sign-in is disabled, the game does not send your email to Supabase through that feature.
- Hosting and security: requests to the site and its service providers can include your IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, time and diagnostic information. These are used to deliver and secure the service and investigate failures. Rankings use a hashed IP-based short-lived counter to limit abuse; hosting providers may separately process network information.
- External fonts: the web game requests fonts from Fontshare, which receives normal connection information such as your IP address and browser request headers. This policy page uses system fonts and loads no external scripts or fonts.
2. Google advertising
When advertising is enabled, the website uses Google AdSense and the iOS app uses Google AdMob banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. The intended rewarded-ad benefit is 100 game coins after a verified completed ad; this policy is not an announcement that rewards or ads are live.
If enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repeat ads and prevent fraud. Vendors may place and read cookies in your browser. Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to show personalized ads based on prior visits to this website and other websites or apps.
Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Manage personalized advertising in Google My Ad Center, or explore participating vendors' choices at YourAdChoices. These settings may apply only to the browser or device where selected and do not necessarily stop all ads.
Before live ads launch, the operator must implement the consent and privacy-options controls required for its audience and regions, including applicable Google consent requirements. On iOS, tracking requiring Apple's permission must not occur without the required App Tracking Transparency authorization. Device privacy settings can also limit tracking. This page does not itself obtain consent. Any additional advertising or mediation partners must be disclosed before their use.
3. Providers and disclosures
Information is processed by providers needed for the features you use: Vercel for hosting and functions; Supabase and the configured email provider for enabled accounts; the configured Redis/Upstash service for enabled rankings; Fontshare for web fonts; and Google if advertising is enabled. Public rankings intentionally disclose the information described above to other visitors. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Provider processing may occur outside your country; applicable safeguards must be reviewed before enabling those services.
4. Storage and retention
Local game saves and preferences remain until you or your browser remove them. If enabled, the rankings identity cookie can remain for up to one year. Public ranking records have no automatic expiry in the current implementation and remain until removed. Active race tickets and duplicate-submission receipts expire after about 20 minutes; rankings abuse-rate counters expire after about one minute. Race-input traces are processed for validation and are not stored as a replay archive by the rankings code.
Account records, provider logs, backups and any future ad data follow the relevant provider configuration and legal requirements. You can contact us for information about retention applicable to your account or a specific request. Signing out removes the session from that device; it does not by itself delete an account or public rankings.
5. Your choices and rights
- Play solo without creating an account or publishing rankings.
- Clear site storage using your browser settings to remove local saves and preferences. This may permanently erase progress and does not remove server-held data.
- When rankings are available, choose Global Top 20 → Remove my public stats and stop publishing from the browser that owns the profile. Turning off publishing alone does not delete previously published results. Clearing cookies first may prevent proving ownership.
- Sign out on shared devices. For account deletion or other server-held information, use the privacy contact once supplied below. Do not send passwords, verification codes, session tokens or recovery keys.
Depending on your location and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. These rights are subject to applicable law and proportionate identity verification. Contact info@level29ent.com to exercise these rights. Where applicable, we rely on consent for optional advertising technologies, performance of the requested service for account/game features, legitimate interests for service security, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the applicable age of digital consent, without legally required parental consent. The current game does not implement a parental-consent flow. Children below that age should not create an account or publish personal information in rankings. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information can contact info@level29ent.com to request review and deletion. Advertising must use age-appropriate settings and any legally required consent before being enabled for children.
7. Security and changes
The game uses measures such as HTTPS, limited public ranking fields and server-side replay checks. No system is completely secure. Do not include sensitive information in racer names. Material changes to actual data practices should be reflected here with an updated date and any legally required notice or consent before they take effect.
